My Chia Jars are packed with flavorful combinations, health benefits galore & will definitely give you a satisfied, ‘dang that was a stellar meal’ feeling. Expect an oatmeal-like texture (but waaaayy better flavor) & always made with organic ingredients such as almond/coconut milk, fruit, herbs & nuts. Easily customizable so just ask!

Blueberry Maple Sunflower
Almond milk, chia seed, steel cut oats, agave/Maple syrup combo, Siagon cinnamon, whole organic blueberries, vanilla, raw sunflower seeds.

The Matlock
– here to stay & a classic if I say so myself. An addictive combo of coconut, banana & almond butter. Sweet, salty, spot on texture. Most definitely a must try.

Blueberry Basil & Salt
– just how it sounds, fat organic blueberries, fresh basil & Himalayan sea salt, simple yet surprisingly delectable.

Peaches N’ (Coconut) Creme
– organic juicy peaches (Palisade when possible!) organic coconut butter flakes, Rosemary from my Ma’s garden & raw crunchy pecans. A palate pleaser to say the least.

Strawberry-Coconut Lime
– happy organic strawberries, raw sunflower seed & tart organic lime zest.

Entrees $15, typically serves two, or a very hungry one.

Chipotle Spiced Lentils
Chipotle spiced lentils snuggled in a crunchy poblano pepper. Served with fresh sliced jicama sticks and a side of Mary Apples (the most delectable applesauce, ever.)

Yes, you read that correctly. Twirly zoodles (zucchini noodles … cute, eh?) engulfed in a creamy sea of an all raw white sauce. Much like the dairy-based traditional kind, this sauce is packed with delicious flavor, spot on creamy texture & spiked with fresh herbs.

Rainbow Thai Wraps with an Asian Almond-Butter Sauce.
Your chance to literally ‘eat the rainbow’ (which we all should do evErYDay). Spring roll wraps stuffed with crunchy lettuce, sweet yellow bell, marinated purple cabbage/mushrooms, carrot ribbons, vibrant edamame, fresh basil, radishes & green onion … Kissed with an is-there-a-disco-in-my-mouth? Asian inspired sauce.

Cucumber Apple Beet Stacks with Peppered Cashew Cream.
Confirms the sunshine seasons arrival & is just how it sounds – juicy English cucumber, organic tangy Honeycrisp Apple & pickled blood-red beets, playfully stacked with a lava-like river of sassy peppered cream sauce, topped with zesty sprouted watermelon seeds.

Sun-Dried Tomato & Squash Club Wrap with Eggplant Bacon.
Crumbles of marinated & dehydrated eggplant, generously spread over a variety of shaved squash & sun-loved tomatoes. A few nuts for additional crunch, served with dill-peppered cucumber slices.

Gluten-Free Anytime Crackers

– $5 for 6oz, usually contain nuts.
